Rough crusty sore to the touch. lotion won't work or vasaliene. Red irritation on inside nostrils. hellllp me :,(
If it is a rash, then you can apply 1% hydrocortisone for short-term relief. Otherwise, it could be a number of things. It could be fungal. it could be perioral dermatitis. Who knows.
