Sage Bath
Paint master bedroom and bath same color if no door between?
The bedroom has an archway that goes to the bathroom = no door. We also have bullnose corners so the question is - should i make both rooms the same color to avoid having an obvious line/stripe going down the wall where the two rooms meet? Or would it work if the bath was lighter/darker than the bedroom?
RIght now we have a green BR and a tan bath and it does not work where the colors meet. It looks odd to me. I am looking at SW Grassland - a nice light sage green.

I think going lighter or darker in the bath would definitely work. I wouldn't go with the same color myself... it seems a little boring. I think that i would go lighter.
We had archways growing up. My dad would paint the arch white. I guess it worked. He really did like color, so the living room and dining room were usually two very different colors. The rooms were connected by the arch. What do you do at that archway in a case like that? Well, he went white, like the ceilings.
