Baby shower help!?
I am having my baby shower the 26th of this month and everyone keeps asking me what I need. Well I have bought everything! I don't need anything else except diapers and wipes and like the baby wash and bathing stuff but I don't want to tell everyone I only need that and end up getting a lot bath stuff. So what should I say I need? Or should I just tell people to get me what they want? This is my second baby and kinda splurged on her!(couldn't help it!) Any tips would be great! Thanks.
Tell them that you could really use thing for when your baby is older, like 6-9 months or 9-12 months. You probably have not gotten all that stuff yet and it will come in handy. I did this with my baby shower because I too had everything already, went through my nesting stage quite early!!
Tell them the bath stuff, clothing for larger sizes, diapers in all sizes (may i suggest cloth?) and essentials like burpie cloths, and baby towels and the such. Its best to get what you can for the first year while you can, it saves lots of money and time as the baby grows!
